First I made him an appointment to get a massage and an old fasahioned shave(the kind with the straight edge.) It was at a place called Napoleon's, it is kind of a Man Spa. They do haircuts, shaves, massages, shoe shines and they have a pool table and things there. It was pretty cool. And actually reasonably priced.This was on Wednesday that we did this.
Then on Josh's Birthday I made some cupcakes and the kids and I went over to his office with some balloons and delivered them. Rainy was really excited!
And then for his birthday dinner my mom taught me how to make her yummy enchiladas. Josh wanted them to be like our favorite mexican restaurant here in caldwell so we served them with rice and beans.It was soooo good!
In case Josh actually reads this: I want you to know how much I love you, and you mean the world to me. I love that you get up every morning and go to work for us, I love that you try so hard to make life comfortable for me and our babies. You have blessed my life in so many ways.You are a great daddy, a wonderful husband and a good man! You are also my best friend.Happy birthday, and remember I still love you even though you are a old man now">

Happy Birthday Josh! You are now in the 30's club with Jeff. He will be 31 in a month. What a cool man spa place. Does it feel weird saying "take the kids" instead of knowing that you refered to just one before. Anyway...what a great birthday.
