Rainy's Birthday

On May 20th Rainy's Birthday we had a pretty mellow day.I had her open up a present- which was two outfits to choose from to wear that day. Rainy went to Preschool and took some treats. We took "Gabona" bars(granola) and strawberry milk(a Rainy favorite just like Daddy). While she was Preschool I put together a little table and stool that Josh and I had got at IKEA a few weeks earlier. We also got her a thing that holds a big Roll of paper that can sit on her new table for her to draw on in her room. So Basically she has a little work desk.Rainy came back from preschool to the desk and was very excited. She had also had a birthday crown from Preschool with a BiG 3 on it. It was darling!Later that night we had Grandma and Lexie come over for dinner. We had homemade pizza(another favorite of hers) and pudding with whip cream for dessert. While Grandma and Lexie were there Rainy opened up her presents from Grandma and Grandpa and Me and Josh. She got a Littlest Pet Shop house, Tinkerbell shoes, and lots of other fun stuff and this is before she even has had her party. She had a great day! She fell asleep with her Tinkerbell costume on, in her car seat with the tinkerbell slippers on too! Way cute!It was a very nice mellow day. I will add more pictures from this day when I can get my camera to work with the computer.

I wanted to add a list of 3 reasons why I love Rainy(even though I could go on for days, but she is only3):

1. She is smart, incredibly, amazingly smart. She never ceases to amaze me or herself for that reason. She said the other day"Mom, isnt it amazing that I can turn on the light in my room all by myself?" Of course I said that is was. I was just amazed that she said the word "AMAZING."

2. She is beautiful, incredibly, amazingly beautiful! Josh and I have been stopped almost every time we have gone out in public for over 3 years and told how cute Rainy is. And I am not even trying to brag- I am just telling the truth. Josh and I still comment on how surprised we are that we have such a beautiful daughter from two average people.

3.She is funny! I can't even name all the funny things she says on a daily basis. But I will share some- lately she has come up with some great songs. She puts on her sun glasses, shakes hers hips and plays her pink electric guitar, but the best part about that is the words and names of her songs. Here are some examples of these songs "If you don't have a house then you live outside," " If you have water, you can swim,"" If you get in trouble, then you don't get a treat."Aren't those the greatest names ever!?
