So today I felt fatigued I guess. Maybe irritated. On a personal level, I felt as if my happy pill was not working as it should. Rainy was driving me nuts! She was crying about everything. Really everything. Stellar pulled out the DVD's and movies what seemed like a million times and I was just cranky. Things have been rough for our little family the last little while and I was thinking about lots of the things that were going sour for us. Then I found a blog. A blog that changed my attitude around tonight. Here it is:
http://nieniedialogues.blogspot.com/, it is about a lds mommy/wife who was in a terrible almost fatal plane crash who now has burns covering most of her body. Everyday she goes through so much pain and struggles. She cant pick up her babies, she cant jump or run or play. Her blog is filled with everyday stuff, but in her everyday stuff, is inspiration. She is so beautiful. Anyways, After reading this I thought about all I can do, all I have and all the good I have in my life. And now I am going to make a happy list of things I love. Which I saw another blog that I love,
My Happy list
1. Chocolate chip cookies
I made these tonight with the kids.
2. Spring time Their are daffodils blooming, this makes me so happy!
3. My daughter
Even though she drove me nuts today, I love her. She is always doing things to make me happy, always trying to be pleasing, and helpful. Here she is vaccuuming. What a sweetheart.
4. My Son
Stellar lights up my life. He has this great ability to put a smile on your face even when he is spitting at you with a grumpy face. He wants those around him to be happy and loves to make people laugh. By the way, here he is with a chocolate chip cookie face.
5. My Husband
I never give Josh enough credit, and shame on me for that.He always wants to give me the best of things.He thinks I am cute, even when I know I look horrible.He would do anything for me, really. He is a good daddy and is a good man.And he is so cute, I mean look at this picture, can you say hot dad or what?

7. I have a baby growing inside me
8. I have a Spectacular view from my back porch.
9. I have a job interview tomorrow.

and thats just to name a few things that make me happy and that I am blessed with.

I started reading the nienie blog before she had her accident. Her accident brought so many things into perspective. I can't even imagine facing her challenges and still feeling thankful for life. I am totally with you on chocolate chip cookies. Love those things. Good luck on the job interview. What is it for? I hope that all goes well. Gunnar will randomly tell us that Rainy is far away by the water. That is after we had to explain to him about 3 times that Rainy lives far away and will not be in primary anymore. He misses her. So strange sometimes how much their little minds remember and understand.
Such a good reminder. I have been struggling a lot recently as well. I haven't read the nie nie blog in quite a long time. I think I need to go back and read it again to put things in perspective. I hope things get better for you guys. You are amazing people. Good luck with your job interview.
