First I got the kids ready for Rainy's Preschool Party, and Stellar screamed most of the time I was getting them ready, hence the reason for the binky. It was a very trying morning, all before 10 am.
Then we headed to the preschool party where Rainy and the rest of the kids got to paint pumpkins, then they played a game like a cake walk except for with pumpkins, then we did a little trunk- or - treat to all the parents cars. I think Rainy had a fun time. She was a little confused though about the pumpkin walk. It was the beginning of a very confusing day for her.
Later in the day went to downtown Nampa and went trick or treating with Josh to a few businesses there, after that we drove to Meridian to visit my Grandparents. On the way both of the kids had a "cat nap" :)
We then went to our ward's trunk or treat which was really fun. Rainy was completely confused at this point, when we had explained trick or treating, I think we left our the part of the night where we would be going car to car and not house to house. She did not know what was going on.
After the trunk or treat we went to my parents neighborhood to go real trick or treating. And after a few houses she had it down. She was saying "cook or treat" "please" and "thank you." It was adorable!I think her favorite part of the whole day though was getting the door at my Parent's house when the trick or treaters would come. Every time someone would ring the doorbell or knock her mouth would drop open, her eyes would get huge and then she would start squealing with delight as she ran to the door, and this would happen EVERY time.It was so funny! While at my Parent's house we played TICKET TO RIDE with the Missionaries from my parent's ward, my grandma came over and we all ate together.Overall it was a great day, very busy, very long, very tiring, but fun!

Your kids are so cute! Happy Birthday tomorrow!
Thanks! They are so cute! It looks like they had so much fun and they look so cute in their costumes. That is funny about Rainy answering the door- too cute!
By the way, have a fantastic Birthday tomorrow! I will be thinking of you and hope that you have a great day!
So cute! Gunnar was also a little confused at the start of the day until he quickly realized that there was candy involved. Next year they will have it down pat.
Emily-
