It's about time

Tonight Josh is out playing with his Band and I was dreading doing our bedtime routine without him.I put Stellar in his crib for the first time (yes we did just move him out of a bassinet even thought he is 20 pounds)at like 8:30, which is rare for him to go to bed this early. And he went right in there and has stayed in there. Amazing!And then soon after Rainy said"I wanna go to bed, I am a little tired." I was like Yay! So now with this beautiful, peaceful silence I think I will finally post about Christmas.

The Sunday before Christmas the kids wore their special Christmas church outfits. My mother in law bought Rainy's for her and gave it to her on Thanksgiving. We appreciate it soo much. It is beautiful and looked great on Rainy.So thank you Karen! I bought Stellar's at Burlington and it was a bit snug, but darling. They looked great if I do say so myself. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get some really good pictures of them before we headed off to church. Last year the only pictures I really got of Rainy in her Christmas dress were of her throwing a fit, so I was happy they both cooperated.

Also the night before this Rainy let me put curlers in her hair, it turned out pretty cute and brought back a lot of memories of me having a sore neck after I had worn sponge curlers all night.Pain is beauty right?:)
