Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

On Christmas Eve we went to my parents house to celebrate with my Dad's family. We had our traditional mexican dinner and then we played a fun hot potato gift game. It was a lot of fun! That night we Stayed with my parents. We thought it would be fun for Rainy to have Lexie to open presents with. They spent the night together in the same bed and Lexie woke Rainy up at 4. Rainy was a little reluctant to get up that early so they stayed in her room until 6. Which was a little better for all of us considering we hadn't gone to bed until 2 and 3. So we all got up about 6 and opened our presents. It was so peaceful, yet exciting. Everyone got some really nice presents. Rainy loved helping us open and our gifts and would get ecstatic for everyones gifts even if she didn't know what it was. Josh got his fishing pole, I got my Bowdabra and the kids got lots of Little People. THanks to my parents for all the neat things we got! We appreciate it more than you know. After we all opened gifts we headed upstairs for a nap and to watch Wall-E. Loren got the Movie for Rainy and I think we have watched it almost everyday since. We all LOVE it!So while the adults all slept and lil' Stellar. The girls played and played and played. And then when we all got up. They finally crashed. It was a great day. It was so wonderfully perfect not to have anything to do. We ate, then rested then ate and relaxed all day. It was great! Christmas night my Grandma and my Aunt and Uncle came over for a Prime Rib dinner that was very yummy and provided by my Dad's work!We are so glad they shared with us. My Grandma gave us some really neat gifts. A Handmade hat for Josh, matching slippers for Rainy and I and special silver spoon with Stellar's name engraved on it. And that's just naming a few things. Thanks Grandma, we loved it all.

We had a great Christmas and Holiday break, we thoroughly enjoyed having time to just be together with nothing going on. I wanted to also add a thanks to our family and friends for all the gifts, love, and support you are always giving to us.

How fun! The last picture of Rainy and Lexie is really cute!

I just wanted to let you know that I am in Sacramento now. I decided to par down my plans to make it easier for Jeff. Gunnar will be going to Shelly's 2 days per week and with my sister for the other days. I will definately use you when my mom gets back to Boise. There will be times when I will need to help my mom and not take Gunnar. Especially when she is at Elk's. I totally appreciate your offers and plan on taking you up on it very soon.

What a great Christmas. I love seeing pictures of Christmas morning.

I know you are fine with Faith's obsession. She is enjoying your class and it has helped ease the transition for her where she knows you. I was writing it more as a way to remember what she is doing. I didn't do it with the other kids and have forgotten many of the funny things they do.
