Happy Birthday to me!

So I am finally getting around to posting about my birthday even though it has been awhile ago, November 5th to be exact. I left my camera at my parents house for a couple days and honestly I don't really have much to post about so I kinda just put it off. But I will tell you about the days events anyway. To start it was the first birthday in my entire life when I didn't wake up with happy butterflies in my tummy.I guess that is just a sign of the times, I am getting old. Maybe 23 is the official age of becoming an adult and I just felt it, I don't know. Then I took Rainy to preschool, I came home and got a few "Happy Birthday!" calls and then picked Rainy back up and went to lunch at Mongolian BBQ- one of my favorite foods. My Grandma paid for it, which was very sweet of her. We then went to go shopping with my Bestest friend Katee and her two girls and boy, I have to say it was quite entertaining although I know Katee was going crazy, lets just say Kylee was not having the best day.; ) After shopping Katee took us to ice cream and we had a good time. Our kids are quite entertaining to watch when they are together. After ice cream we headed home and we had a few hours before Josh came home. After Josh came home we dropped the kids off and him and I went to dinner at our favorite place-P.F. Changs- if any of you haven't been, I highly recommend it. It was really nice and we had a great time together! After dinner we tried to go to my favorite store of all time Anthropologie, but it was closed. This is where Josh was going to buy my present, so then we tried two other stores downtown and they were closed as well. It was only like 8:30!So, no present. We enjoyed walking around together holding hands and laughing together. Sounds cheesy, but oh well. We headed home to my parents house after this and my mom had made a pumpkin ice cream pie. It was very yummy and then everyone who was awake sang Happy Birthday. I also was able to go shopping for some new clothes a couple days later with some money my Parents had given me. Thanks Mom and Dad! And Thanks to Josh for a great dinner and for letting me get my hair done a few weeks ago. Love you all!
